This session is an initial consultation where you get to know me, and I get to know you. I then work with you to discover what your needs are, and answer any questions you have. Have you been linked with the appropriate services for access to VAD in your state?. This service is situational and very personalised. As an End of life coach, I am unable to mix or administer end of life substances, therefore, conversation and counsel on self administration is discussed in detail. Linking in with the appropriate services is also included. Please note, if you choose VAD you are still eligible for palliative care supports.

Whether it’s a home euthanasia of your beautiful feline friend or the beloved family dog, I can assist with everything from that first phone call to delivery of cremated remains back home, where they belong. This service starts from $200 (excluding euthanasia costs). Quotes will be emailed after our initial get together appointment.

I charge a flat rate for travel (within the metropolitan area). Also if you choose to have me “on call” there is an additional charge for this service.

Travel fee (over 20kms) $30

On call fee 24/7 from $490 (per agreed period) This will allow for palliative patients and family to contact me whenever they need too or when a death has occurred.
